Note & Tips

1. To ensure you have a better viewing experience, please use the projector in a dark environment.
2. Due to copyright issue, Videos like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and Hulu are not support Screen Mirroring, but can connect HDMI, fire tv stick, Roku, or Chrome cast to play.
3. Because Fire TV Stick devices generally use Dolby sound, if the projector plays video with no sound, you need to modify in the settings. Fire TV settings → Display & Sounds → Audio → Surround Sound and choose PCM.
4. When you perform a wireless mirroring operation, please make sure that the projector displays the “screen mirroring” operation guide interface. (such when the projector is connected to WiFi successfully, you need to return to the “screen mirroring” operation guide interface, otherwise the screen mirroring will not succeed.)
5. Zoom is not supported when using screen mirroring.
6. Please switch Bluetooth to “ON/OFF” when you don’t need to use the “Bluetooth Receiver” function as an independent speaker by the projector, otherwise, there will be no sound when using other functions because of signal conflict.
7. When the projector is not used for a long time, please put it back in the box or put it in a dust-free environment

• • Please use PC mouse or Air mouse to operate Prime Video and Netflix, the default projector remote cannot be used to operate these APPS.
  • Both wired and wireless PC mouse can be used and to be connected via USB interface. If any difficulty in accessing any applications, please reach out to our support team.
  • Download the Apps from Apotoid TV App
  • Dust may block cool air flow. Cool air may cool the projector temperature. So please keep the projector safe from dust.
  • Please clean the dust filter for every 2 weeks
  • Every Projector needs good cool air for ventillation. Otherwise due to high temperatures inside projector may damage LCD panel
